Job: Founders Associate
Salary: £60,000-£65,000+ equity
We’re working with an incredible Space Research and Technology business who are on the cusp of greatness. With ambitious growth plans on the horizon, as well as space launches, they are looking to hire a Founders Associate to work closely with the Founder and CEO.

What you’ll be doing:
As with any Founders Associate role, you can expect each day to be different with responsibilities including
- Running point on all strategic projects and initiatives working across teams to ensure alignment is met.
- Working closely with the commercial team to ensure the quality of all proposals and pitches.
- Working closely with the founders to ensure all operations are optimised and working efficiently.
- Helping to prepare documents for investor meetings, board meetings, customer meetings.
- Anything else as and when required
What you’ll need:
- Although a fairly junior role, this comes with great responsibility so we are looking for people with natural problem solving skills who are able to demonstrate solid foundations in business strategy and operational efficiency.
- Ideally you’ll have 1-2 years experience at a top-tier strategy consultancy or similar experience within a DeepTech start-up.
- Experience working with highly technical subject matter is essential, you might be an engineer by trade.
- HUGE bonus points for any work related to space research/exploration.
