Salary: £1000 per day or equivalent in an FTC
We're looking for an Interim Chief Marketing Officer with experience growing high-performing marketing teams within a start-up or scale-up environment. The ideal candidate would have worked in a direct to consumer e-commerce retail business, ideally with a social commerce first approach.
– An experienced CMO with demonstrable experience across all areas of marketing who can confidently lead the Trading, E-commerce, Performance, CRM, Brand Marketing, PR and Creative teams.
– Demonstrable experience of best in class Omni-Channel management and how to leverage this in determining clear USPs as the competitive landscape intensifies when challenger brands scale and grow.
As interim CMO you will:-
Define, implement and develop the company's marketing and customer communication strategy, driving brand awareness to further increase market share
Orchestrate all aspects of a strategic e-commerce plan. Combine existing expertise in sales, marketing, technology and management to deliver superior brand and shopping experiences for all customers.
Deliver a performance and brand marketing programme to execute new product launches.
Plan and manage the optimisation of campaigns across marketing channels to maximise top of funnel lead volume, conversion rate, overall order value and margin performance across a variety of product lines.
