Job type: Strategy and Operations Associate
Salary: £60,000-£65,000 + equity
We are working with an innovative and rapidly scaling FashionTech who are looking to hire a Strategy Associate to work alongside the Strategy Director and closely with CEO and wider SLT on a variety of growth related projects.
The role:
- You will play a supporting role working alongside the Startegy Director on special projects within the business working across a number of functions from pricing to product.
- You will play a key role in defining the company strategy and working closely with the Senior Leadership Team.
- You will be the go-to for numbers and will take charge of business reporting, OKR setting as well as working closely with the COO on budgets and financial planning.
- Supporting on fundraising and Investor Relations activities.
- Work on a number of growth related projects including the research and role out to new cities.
- Ad-hoc support as needed to onboard new partner brands as well as the management of existing luxury brands.
About you
- You will have 1-2 years experience in a consulting role or in a fast-growing start-up within a strategy or operations role.
- Highly numerate and data driven in your approach.
- First rate communication skills and stakeholder management skills.
