I don’t where the time has gone but today we are celebrating Alice McDermott’s 3rd anniversary at JBM.

It’s been amazing to see how much she has developed and achieved over the past 36 months. 

She has consistently delighted clients and candidates with her commitment to delivering quality work and her authentic approach has always help set her apart from her competitors.

Alice really cares about those she works with and takes huge pride in being a JBM’er, which is clear to see when you talk to her. She has even put up with 3 years of me singing across the desk (which I know really winds her up!) 

Despite the ups and downs of start up life, she has always remained a positive influence in the business and he has played a key role in creating our unique culture, which is something we are all very proud of.

We are look forward to enjoying plenty more office Netflix debates, culinary adventures and seeing Alice have lots more success with her clients/candidates in the years ahead – which I’m sure will be her best yet as we grow JBM!
