We’re on the look out for a Talent Consultant to join our Experienced Hire team and an Engagement Manager for our JBM SOS team. Here’s more about each role.

Talent Consultant – Experienced Hire (ScaleUps)

We’re looking for a values driven Talent Consultant to join our Experienced Hire team and work with some of the fastest growing Tech StartUps and ScaleUps in the world.

The Experienced Hire team are busier than ever, supporting ScaleUps with permanent Ops, Strategy and Growth mandates. This is a 360 role and will involve:

  • Winning new ScaleUp clients, primarily from networking and converting candidates into clients – we don’t do cold calling!
  • Delighting our clients and candidates with 10* customer service and filling lots of roles.
  • Building amazing talent pools of Ops, Strategy & Growth candidates within the Tech ecosystem.
  • Working in close partnership with ScaleUp Founders/CxO level executives and VC Investors as a trusted partner and thought leaders.  
  • Building your own personal brand on LinkedIn and supporting wider JBM marketing efforts.  
  • Collaborating closely with JBM colleagues to cross sell, solve problems and have fun!

The ideal candidate will have the below experience and characteristics:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a 360 role with a recruitment or executive search business. 
  • A proven track-record of recruiting for Tech StartUp or ScaleUp clients.
  • Experience of client account management and business development experience.
  • An ability to build rapport quickly and develop strong relationships with clients and candidates.
  • A genuine interest in the Tech StartUp/ScaleUp ecosystem. 
  • A self starter who loves a challenge and is comfortable working at pace in a very entrepreneurial setting.
  • A sunny disposition, bags of ambition and a strong alignment to our mission to change hearts and minds about recruitment.

Engagement Manager – JBM SOS

After our successful launch of our on-demand talent solution, JBM SOS, in 2020, we’re looking for a talented Engagement Manager to help us take SOS to the next level.

Our SOS team are busier than ever, supporting high growth ScaleUps with interim Ops, Strategy and Growth mandates.

This 360 role will involve:

  • Winning new ScaleUp clients, primarily from networking and converting candidates into clients – we don’t do cold calling!

  • Building amazing talent pools of Ops, Strategy & Growth candidates within the tech ecosystem.
