We are working with a high growth Consumer HealthTech business who are looking to hire Category Manager/GM for one of their fastest growing business units. This is an ideal role for someone looking to take real ownership and deliver impact from the outset.
What you’ll be doing:-
- You’ll work closely with customers gaining a clear understanding of their needs which will then feed into overall strategy, product and goals for the business.
- You will take ownership of all business critical reporting of the business unit with overall responsibility for identifying areas for improvement.
- You will define and develop ways to create a unique value proposition to ensure the product continues to stay market leaders in its space.
- You will liaise regularly with the C-suite and wider SLT including external stakeholders and partners.
What we are looking for:-
- You’ll have 5+ years of work experience, ideally with previous experience in strategy consulting/IB or within a start-up.
- You’ll have a fierce bias towards action and will be used to moving quickly to get things done.
- An entrepreneurial mindset. Ultimately you’ll play a defining role in the success of this area of the business.
- You’ll be an analytical whizz, used to turning numbers and reports into insight.
