Chief of Staff-Consumer Health scale-up

We are working with a high growth Consumer HealthTech business who are looking to hire for a Chief of Staff to work closely alongside the CEO and Founder. This role will play an integral part to the growth of the business with responsibility for, and access to, a number of operational and strategic projects that will feed into this growth. You’ll be a key cog in the business and will operate across business units as well as working closely with the SLT.
What you’ll be doing:-
- Ultimately you will be acting as a strategic thought partner to the CEO helping them to unlock and realise the route to 10x the business.
- You’ll play a key role in assessing growth opportunities including building new product offerings, researching M&A opportunities and partnerships. You will also play a key role in executing these alongside the SLT.
- You will be an operational guru able to spot and fix any pain points in the business before they arise.
- You will essentially act as an extension of the CEO as the company continues to scale. You will lead on internal communications from the SLT to the wider business, you will help to support on investor relations as well as interaction with the board and any other major stakeholders.
What we are looking for:-
- You’ll have 8+ years of work experience, ideally with previous experience in strategy consulting/IB/Law or within a start-up.
- You’ll have a fierce bias towards action and will be used to moving quickly to get things done.
- An entrepreneurial mindset. Ultimately you’ll play a defining role in the success and continued growth of the business.
- You’ll be an analytical whizz, used to turning numbers and reports into insight.
- You’ll be an expert communicator used to dealing with varying levels of seniority.
