We’re working with an amazing, mission-driven SaaS start-up that’s making the world a safer place. They’re looking for a Retail Partnerships Manager to play a key role in growing, shaping and embedding the company’s partnership approach with retailers and industry bodies.

What you’ll be doing:
- Build relationships with Senior Executives and industry leaders
- Suggest new solutions and identify upsell opportunities that will add value to partnerships.
- Partner with Customer Success to ensure delivery on engagement plans and targets.
- Provide thought leadership to industry bodies.
- Play an active role in attending and facilitating industry events, actively promoting and positioning the company for success.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and win retailer business
- Project manage proof-of-concept pilots and/or roll-outs for prospective and/or new partners
- Partner with Customer Success to deliver an end-to-end, seamless experience for future partners.
What you’ll need:
- Experience as an Account Manager or similar in enterprise sales.
- Experience in an early stage start-up.
- SaaS experience or retail/Loss Prevention knowledge.
- Demonstrated success in managing and growing large, complex accounts, with a track record of achieving sales targets and fostering long-term client relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Experience with Salesforce and Catalyst.
