COO Secrets: Jess Ruben

In episode 5 of our COO Secrets series, we caught up with the Jess Ruben, COO of Judopay.

Having left university, Jess deliberately moved away from the corporate world, teaching children recently released from prison and helping them break the cycle of re-offending.

Realising she won’t be able to create change from within, she explored the world of VC and held various Operations roles across FoodTech, Healthcare and FinTech.

To find out more about Jess’s road to COO, what an ideal day looks like for her and her amazing advice for aspiring COOs, hit play below.
