Over the last 15 years, Martin has co-created and scaled five ventures, including a subsidiary for McKinsey & Co. Turning tech startups into unicorns is his passion and although he never set out to work in the FinTech space, that’s exactly where he ended up with N26, back in 2017.

Currently, Martin and a team of startup builders are writing a handbook for leaders embarking on a Scale Up journey – “The Builder’s Guide to the Tech Galaxy”.
