COO Secrets: Phill Burton

In episode 4 of our COO Secrets series, Phill Burton, COO at the popular flower gifting company Bloom & Wild, shares how he transitioned from a career in law to becoming a COO.

Having worked with a lot of Tech companies while being a lawyer, Phill really got drawn into the startup world. So much so that he decided to leave the world of law and work in Operations roles, leading him to becoming the COO of Bloom & Wild back in 2015.
